uring these last winter holidays I travelled with my family to the UK. There we visited family in London. We had a delicious lunch with a bunch of cousins at the beautiful "Kaspers", the restaurant with the 13th guest!

Classic highlights of the city we also explored: Buckingham Palace and the changing of the guards, Westminster Abbey with it´s Coronation chair, Trafalgar square and Nelson´s column, St Paul´s Cathedral with it´s majestic view from the very top of the 546 steps, and last but not least, the London Eye.

We also had a B side, visiting the grreat museums: Victoria and Albert, Greenwitch Royal Observatory, Natural History and the great British Museum.

After that tyring week we continued on our way up north. The old city of York and it´s beautiful surroundings.

Scotland was our final destination. There we visited the capital for a couple of days. Castle, jewels, hills, Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace we some of the key features we visited.

I was even able to drive, on the other side of the road, and on the other side of the car! We journeyed up all the way to Loch Ness, but sadly, we didn´t get to see the monster!
