Coming to my credentials, I won the 1st position in a Paper Presentation competition on Touchscreen technology at MAGISTE'CH-2014 at MGIT and 3rd in Poster presentation on Cloud computing conducted under ISTE Student chapter-GNITS. My most cherished memory is of participatin in CODE FOR GOOD competition conducted by JPMorgan Chase & Co and got placed in JPMC without an interview! I always look up to my father, he is my role model. I always strive to work harder to make him feel proud and will continue to do so. My mother has supported me to stand strong in the field of music. My mentors, family and friends are very supportive and always boost me. Now, I want to work for a couple of years, gain experience and join a reputed college to pursue MBA through CAT. On the same road, I also aspire to become a renowned playback singer. I would like to share a piece of advice to all my juniors that if you are seriously passionate about something, go ahead and start working on it. This will compensate the relax time and gives a break to your academics. And if you do what you really want to do, you will definitely gain interest in academics automatically. Girls, we can do much more than our restricted thoughts! Just stand up and move on! I suggest all the students to learn and develop android and web applications and refer text books which will instill confidence while attending technical interviews and comprehensive viva. AKHILA REDDY (ECE B 4/4) I am Akhila Reddy pursuing my final year of graduation in Electronics and Communication. I consider myself fortunate being a part of the GNITS family. The formative years that we spent in GNITS leaves an indelible impression on our young minds with vivid memory of every moment spent here. It is here that our young minds fledge and grow to full stature carrying the learning through lives. I am one among the 23 students hired for the post of Business Analyst in Deloitte. "Deloitte" is a brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals from 150 countries collaborate to provide related services to the clients. I'm glad I can be one among those smart minds the next year. I would want to work for Deloitte for a couple of years and then pursue my post-graduation degree in Business Administration from one of the Premier Institutions in our country. I'm indeed privileged for having been given the opportunity to start and lead 'AARAMBH-Towards Human Excellence', a Forum with more than 150 compassionate students working relentlessly on the ideals of Swami Vivekananda to keep the 'IDEA OF INDIA' alive. I feel proud and fortunate to get the opportunity to be serving as the Vice-President of 'AVANTGARDE -ECE ASSOCIATION' heading a team of 20 passionate Executive Body Members. I've served this association as a Coordinator and a Secretary too in the past. I've been selected for the 'Technology Entrepreneurship Programme' conducted by Indian School of Business aimed at fostering the culture of entrepreneurship and linking entrepreneurial and innovative behavior towards educational and career pathways. I've done my Implant Training from 'Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited' in Basic Telecom. I won prizes for presenting papers and posters in five colleges. My project 'Electro Cardio Gram' was awarded in the 'Hardware Design Challenge' conducted by ISTE Student Chapter. I'm deeply indebted to my family and teachers for standing by me in all my endeavors. They taught me that success never can be achieved through comfort zone which inspires me to strive for that extra mile. I consider myself very fortunate and thank them for their part in my life. Most importantly I seek to reach out to my juniors, inspire them to work for the 'Idea of India' and carve a niche to pursue human excellence through Aarambh by the time I graduate and bid my final adieu to GNITS. For all the juniors who still have reservations about your presence in GNITS and your course of Engineering chuck that off. You are now a part of college with excellent track record and kudos for that. College prepares us not just for exams, but for life. I'd advice my juniors to take giant strides towards the holistic development. Devote your time for taking part and eventually leading the vibrant Union of dedicated forums in our college and also try to master your chosen stream of graduation. Most importantly 'Go with the Flow' and 'it's okay to have fun'. Cheerio!!! SIVANI K. (IT A 4/4) My four years journey in GNITS has brought about a drastic change in my life.
