THOUGHTS is self awareness .Getting to know about yourself will make you feel more comfortable in your own skin. It will reduce your stress and anxiety and you will gradually become a better person. Self-talk is a normal process we all experience, but once it becomes filled with irrational ideas that are negative, then there’s a problem. The story that goes on in your head is a hundred times worse than the actual story going on in your day-to-day life. So silencing the inner critic and a putting a positive spin on things are the best way to eliminate negative self talk. In fact criticisms and setbacks are essential in a person’s life because that’s when valuable insights are learned that can drive you to become successful in life. And don’t waste your time living the life of others. Time is limited and live your life to please yourself and heck with everyone else. Stop engaging yourself in mindless distractions and negative thoughts. Be brave, be self-motivated. Every time you fall, rise up with courage.
