CULTIVATING PARTNERSHIPS

Collaboration is more than a philosophy— it’ s a vital part of how we serve. By cultivating strong, purpose-driven partnerships with City departments and local organizations, we’ re able to expand our reach and strengthen our impact. These partnerships allow us to deliver more efficient services, reduce operational costs, improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations, and create new pathways for training and development.
