he mission of the Fire Rescue Operations Division is to provide the citizens and visitors of
Arlington with fast, professional, and effective fire, rescue, and emergency medical
services through the response of highly trained, caring personnel. Fire Rescue Operations
consists of five sections — Operations, Fire Training, Special Operations, Fleet, and Fire Resource
— and is comprised of resources typically associated with fire department emergency service
delivery and operations. We continually strive to prevent loss of life, personal injury, and
property damage through public education and emergency responsiveness. We deliver our
services with pride and personal commitment to anyone in need of aid.
