Prepared for Duty - Our members will do everything possible to ensure our service
organization is at an optimum state of readiness when called upon to respond at a
moment’s notice. Our team will be properly trained, equipped, supported, and focused on
safe, immediate response and service.

people in an honorable profession. Our community can be assured that the Arlington Fire
Department is a trusted and reliable team dedicated to doing the right things right. It’s not
a catch phrase; it’s the way we do business, it’s how we communicate, and it’s how we

organization focused on helping those in need. In many cases, we’re the only safety net or
option citizens may have when they’re in a desperate or hopeless situation. It’s our
