Project Description Design and construction for a storage and maintenance shed for Yeargan Park . This will be Phase 1B and provide a space for staff and equipment to maintain the 47 acres built for Phase 1 . The shed will include 3,500 sqft of enclosures space for equipment and potentially office for staff .
Purpose of Project
To help provide facilities support of the 47 acres being built during Yeargan Park Phase 1 , which will feature two
natural multipurpose fields , two artificial turf multipurpose fields , shelter , restrooms , and inclusive play space .
