Project Description The project will identify new transportation projects in alignment with the Garner Forward Comprehensive Plan .
Purpose of Project A Comprehensive Transportation Plan helps municipalities plan long term for long range transportation needs . The last update to the Garner Comprehensive Transportation Plan was June 2018 and since then there has been rapid growth and development .
