The traffic calming program has seen an increase in interest from residents over the past year . The number of traffic studies completed has increased , and several studies are still in progress . The department also installed traffic calming measures on two streets this year – Poole Drive and Main Street .

The Engineering Department manages the annual resurfacing contract for the Town . In FY24 , 6.4 lane miles of streets were resurfaced . Annual funding for resurfacing remains mostly consistent from year to year , so the variation in lane miles results primarily from bid prices .
