Budget Highlights
The FY2024-2025 Adopted Budget includes : � Funding of $ 15,000 for an armored car service to transport deposits to the bank on a daily basis . � $ 300,000 increase to cover tax collection .
FY2023-2024 Accomplishments � The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report ( ACFR ) received the Certificate of Achievement for
Excellence in Financial Reporting . This was the 33rd consecutive year the Town received this award . � The Popular Annual Financial Report ( PAFR ) received a Certificate of Achievement award for the 9th consecutive year .
� Managed the use and reporting of the Town ’ s American Rescue Plan ( ARP ) federal funds including employee retention bonuses , gap funding for an affordable housing project , design of a splashpad and inclusive playground , a land use study , and gap funding for a construction of a new fire station . � Successfully managed payroll implementation of pay and class study . � Managed significant upgrade of the Town ’ s financial software system .
