Message
Dear Arlington Resident,
I am pleased to present the City of Arlington’s Popular Annual Financial
Report for Fiscal Year 2013. We publish this report annually, along with the City’s
Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), as the public equivalent to a
private company’s annual report. The documents provide details on the financial
condition of our municipal corporation. They also offer an opportunity to increase
transparency as we demonstrate how we are investing your money to advance the
goals and priorities of the community.
