THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!!!
Fun was had by all with the Junior Fall Festival. Many neighborhood kids joined in the fun
with Billy Bowlegs pirates, the bounce house and Giggles the Clown. Thank you, Diane
Wells, for organizing the event!
Wednesday Night Fun Racing is over, however, don’t forget to join in the Lounge for Game
Night! Throughout the winter months, our Skippers and crews join in the fun in the lounge
for darts and Jenga. Everyone is invited, so come on down!
The Brinckmann Regatta, ladies at the helm, the FCA & Lost Turkey Regattas are our final
sailing events for the year. It has been a pleasure to participate with the FWYC Fleet this
year and I look forward to our continued growth in the future.
Author and Captain Skip Rowland will be joining us on November 10th for a presentation
about his adventures while cruising. We will have an optional spaghetti dinner starting at
5:00 in the dining room and the presentation will begin around 6:00. Call the Office for
reservations. Information is also posted on the bulletin board and web site.
Our annual FWYC Boat Parade will be held on December 1st. It’s time to put on your party
hat, decorate your boat and eat some chili! All are invited to enjoy the boat parade and
bring chili for judging (or not). Information is posted on the bulletin board and web site.
