Letter Log June 2019 30° 25.60’N 86° 35.58’W Vice Commodore's Report Everybody I know is busy, busy, busy! We have had some exciting times so far this year, and summer has just begun! Please take note of the flowers on the patio and the gazebo and thank Astrid Krajeck and Karen David for their efforts in keeping our spaces beautiful. The gazebo furniture is in better shape thanks to Bill Ward and David Seaton. And we dare not forget, ECSA’s Brian Harrison, Bobby Nabors, Seth Cooke, and Scott Zane replaced the swim platform! Thank you all so much for your help is kicking our summer off right! And now on to everyone’s favorite topic: Dock Insurance We will have a second reading on the purchase of dock insurance at the June Board of Directors meeting. If you have not voiced your opinion to your Board of Directors, I encourage you to do so. I have heard many pros & cons on the subject and I can assure you that my only intention is to have the Board of Directors make the decision concerning a purchase. Our Board represents us as an organization and important decisions concerning large financial decisions should be made by those elected officials. See you around the club, Vice Commodore Shari Seaton 4
