THE SPRING FLING for 2018 was a wonderful way
to celebrate 10 years of the annual event. Thanks to
Jackie and Alan Chapman for arranging a winning
itinerary and spectacular weather. Thanks also to
John Dezutto for making the slip arrangements at the
marina and St. Andrew’s YC.

and
This trip saw many new faces as well as some of the
more seasoned Spring Fling participants. From lis-
tening to everyone, it sounds like an overall success.
There were mechanical glitches (they are boats after
all), a few bumps along the docks and an unfortunate
prop-meets-something solid but other than those
items, the fling went well.
If you like to get out and enjoy your boat with friends,
make new friends and see the wonderful area where we are lucky enough live, the
Annual Spring and Fall Flings are just one way to do just that.
If you can’t commit to a week but want to get out and enjoy the water and your boat,
we also have a monthly club cruise to spots around Choctawhatchee Bay and the
surrounding sound.
