ow – The Dog Days of August are here already! Seems like just a couple of weeks ago that we were setting up
the calendar for the year. Your Entertainment Committee has been working like dogs all year in an effort to offer
events that the membership would enjoy. This past month you had the opportunity to enjoy a July 4 ‘picnic’ fare with
contested desserts and a delicious Shrimp Boil with ample sides. So what’s coming this month?
Also, a new group will be providing entertainment in the lounge for First Friday (Aug 4). Come and enjoy the sounds
of Coconut Radio with their unique blend of music. At the end of the month, Sep 2, the rednecks will have their day
as FSU takes on Alabama. Plan your potluck and join the festivities in the lounge. Mullet anyone?
