Jibin’ with the Juniors!
Congratulations to our Junior sailors who
sailed
in
the
Laser
Radial
Championship at the Gulfport Yacht
Club recently. David Beaudry placed
second, George Hambleton placed fifth,
and Ian Hunter tied for seventh.
We also had two teams of 420 Junior
sailors compete in the 420 Mid-Winters
at the US Sailing Center of Martin County
In Jensen Beach , FL in February.
Junior sailors enjoyed a week with the
University of Minnesota sailing team.
The high schoolers learned a lot from the
collegiates.
Kelly Stukbauer increased her racing
awareness by participating on the Race
Committee for the WetaFest.
