What healthy food choices should I make?

Eat smaller portions. Learn what a serving size is for different foods and how many servings you need in a meal.Eat less fat. Choose fewer high-fat foods and use less fat for cooking. You especially want to limit foods that are high in saturated fats or trans fat.

You don't have to be fit to be sexy!

You don't have to look fit to be sexy. Infact your body that you have is made especially for you. The way you wear it is what makes you, you! If you are over weight there is still sexy in your weight. Some guys and woman like a little extra weight, so don't feel down or, counted out because we see you and not alone. Even some of the models have spots that they wanna cover up I mean that's just the way of the body huh?
