Having regular mealtimes and eating together as a family is very important. Cooking is more healthier than eating out. Teenagers need to eat just as healthy as much as their younger counterparts. Provide them with health tips such as reminding them that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Keep healthy snacks such as fresh fruits and vegetables available for them after school and during after school activities. Continue regular family meals cooked at home as much as possible. Healthy eating habits in children can last for a lifetime. Talk to your pediatrician with any concerns about your children's eathing habilts. Eat healthy for yourself, too.

Cheese Cauliflower - serves 4

1 md head cauliflower about 2 pounds

2 tbsp margarine or butter

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp salt

Dash of pepper

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded process american

4 ounces Cheese

5 dr red pepper sauce

Paprika

Prepare and cook cauliflower as directed for cauliflowerets or whole cauliflower.

Heat margarine in 1-1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.

Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk.

Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese and pepper sauce.

Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour over hot cauliflower. Sprinkle with paprika.
