wholesaling and reselling. I would go to stores like Cracker Barrel, buy a bunch of candy and sell it to the kids at school. William talked to us about The Baron Solution Group and the gist of how it got started. The Baron Solution Group is a small business, coaching and solution firm, which works closely with entrepreneuers and businesses. It started with a book, "The Baron Son." "The Baron Son" has been translated around the world and also featured in the Forbes Book Club and Black Enterprise magazine. The company was based on the book, which has been a roadmap to teaching people how to build successful businesses and to overcome a lot of financial challenges they were having in their lives. So based on the book, a business plan for building wealth, being in control of debt and being debt free was launched. William told us that he didn't have many challenges in starting the group. "I was very fortunate to have a lot of mentors. I'm not a person who believes in reinventing the wheel and that's what the nature of a coaching and consulting business is about. So I was very fortunate to have a lot of great mentors and I knew the right things to do, but there are typical challenges that you have in getting a new business and that is creating awareness, building up the trust of accredibility with your audience and also being

able to reach more people. Those are some of the traditional challenges that you have. Also, getting the media to pay attention to what we're doing, but there were some ways that I learned to get around those obstacles. So those are some of the traditional obstacles: how to get started, how to get customers and how to properly capitalize to bring money to the business.
