GREEN PEPPER AND ZUCCHINI
4 small zucchini (1 pound)
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
Cut zucchini into ½-inch slices. Heat oil in skillet (10-inch). Add zucchini and remainder of ingredients. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, until zucchini is tender.
