We all have made a MISTAKE or two. Most of us will bounce back unscathed, try again until we have achieved the outcome sought or realize that we may need assistance to overcome the challenge. People view MISTAKES many different ways. Some mistakes are life changing for better or worse while others may make you feel a bit uncomfortable or can be reconciled at a later date.

The most important persons view when it comes to making a MISTAKE is yours. What will you do? How will you let your MISTAKE affect you? Will you cry over spilled milk or take the action needed to wipe away the spill? Success involves a lot of MISTAKEs, even for those who are living their definition of success at this moment. One of the most important questions you can ask yourself is how do I handle a MISTAKE. It has to be handled the right way, quickly and with the spirit of a solution is within reach. When you have found the proper solution make sure you take action and know that you have become wiser. (We all seek wisdom do we not?)

Try looking at a MISTAKE this way…. The M is for Memory – You will remember what you did wrong so next time adjust your method. The I is for Intelligence – If you can read this you are intelligent enough to make adjustments. The S is for Synthesize – Know that every mistake is building a database of what does not work and when combining the parts that do you will become closer to solving your challenge. The T is for Training – You are consistently training yourself to avoid what does not work in all situations for future reference. The A is for Achieving – Achieving the habits needed from the MIST to proceed to the desired outcome. The K is for Knowledgeable – Conquering mistakes will make you knowledgeable and place you in a position to assist and mentor others. The E is for Experiences – You need various experiences from all types of peoples and situations to truly lessen (not eliminate) the mistakes you may make in the future.

Making a MISTAKE will have you feeling as if you are in a MIST ( fog ) so TAKE it away ( MIST ) and your road will be revealed…. www.kenBIGblake.com
