APN Educational Media reserves the right to cancel / change venue / time or speakers of any conference / seminar at any time. In the event of a venue change APN Educational Media will notify delegates from the contact details that have been provided. In the event APN Educational Media cancel the event a full refund of the registration fee will be given. APN Educational Media are not responsible for any other expenses incurred e. g. hotel, travel. If you are unable to get to the event due to bad weather / travel or any other personal issues you will not be eligible for a refund. Payment – Registrations must be paid in full upon receiving tax invoice. Cancellation Policy – Any cancellations made on or after 28 days will forfeit the registration fee. Substitutions can be made up until 7 days prior to the event. Pictures or videos may be taken at the conference / seminar by APN Educational Media which may be used for marketing purposes.
