ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Technology, globalisation and an uncertain funding environment are among the biggest drivers of change in the higher education market. Online degrees and MOOCs are flourishing, while research grants are becoming more competitive, unemployment for recent graduates is rising to well over 30 %, and degrees are expected to become increasingly expensive. Meanwhile, global competition for fullpaying students is on the rise.
Tertiary education is not immune to disruption. At Campus Review’ s conference, find out how you can become Futureproof. With a selection of leading education experts, innovators and frontline implementers, Futureproof 2017 will entail the following sessions:
• From 2017 – 2057: An exploration of the higher education sector globally and in Australia, a discussion of upcoming trends, and insight into opportunities on the horizon.
• One of many: In an increasingly global market, how do local providers remain and become more globally competitive?
• Engage to transform: Collaborating with industry for competitive advantage.
• Show me the money: The impact of policy change on the sector – opportunities, diversions and drawbacks.
• Innovate or disintegrate: Universities of the Future panel discussion.
