As a former shop steward, Gregory brings deep hospitality and labour law experience to the partnership, while Dr Delphine’ s PhD in curriculum development provides the organisation with a strong academic foundation.

Now, 20 years later, it could be said that G & D Training has shaped skills training in South Africa. The institution has trained more than 150 000 students. G & D graduates secure employment locally or abroad, advance their careers, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
