A study made by the University of Madrid in 2010 about which are the best universities of Spain say that the five better are:
1. University of Navarra (Private University)
2. University of Cordoba (Public University)
3. Rovira and Virgil of Tarragona (Public University)
4. University of Oviedo (Public University)
5. University of Santiago de Compostela (Public University)
As we see the best university according to this study is private. But what are the differences between private and public university?
The best university is private!!!

• The public university gets government revenues, in the private universities gets students revenues.
• The cost of studying at a private universities is much higher than in public universities.
• Public universities are more freely, in private universities there are more restrictions.
• There are more students per class in the public universities than in private universities. So private is better as there is a closer relationship between the student and the teacher.
• There are best resources in the private universities, public universities has many limitations.
• The public university has better teachers than private universities.
• In private universities after studies found work before than the public universities.
• The private university is easier to pass the course than in the public universities, while pay.

At the University of Navarra can study 27 official degrees and 300 graduate programs in 10 faculties, two high schools, IESE (Institute of Higher Business Studies), two colleges, the ISSA (School of Management Assistants) and other centers and institutions. The University Library, with more than 1.1 million books.
Most of the centers, including the University Hospital of Navarra are located in Pamplona , but the venues are IESE Business School are locate in Barcelona and Madrid, and in San Sebastian are locate the Technological Campus of the University of Navarra (TECNUN) and ISSA for assistants.
As a curiosity we can say that this university has suffered six terrorist attacks by ETA, the last on 30 October of 2008
