Pork or Chicken cutting in thinness slice
Knocking with the knife until the met will get soft
Prepare 3 deep plates:
- 1 plate with flour
- 1 plate with whisk egg, salt and pepper
- 1 plate with breadcrumbs
Rolling the met slice successively in all the plates
Heat butter or oil in the pan
To fry meat until they will get gold-brown
Lay it out on a kitchen-paper
