INTRODUCTION
European projects aim to strengthen education in the spirit of European citizenship, being based on the cultural wealth of each country, on a good knowledge of the languages that will contribute to cooperation between education centers using their intellectual and pedagogical possibilities and to the good mobility of pupils and teachers in order to facilitate the creation of a European space, open to educational cooperation, information exchange and experience for mutual stimulation.
The project meets the school reality that characterizes the interested society in the appropriateness of the educational strategies and content to what is necessary for the present and for the future, and in the center of the educational system being the student, and the main objective is that the students benefit to the maximum from what the project actions offer formative and informative aspect.
The project - "FuturEU - Sustainable World" (2017 - 2019) is a KA2 project with Spain as the coordinating country, and Romania, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey as partner countries.
The project is aimed at students aged 14-19 years and has as theme the unsustainable consumption, climate change and environmental protection. The theme of the project came from the need to raise students' awareness of sustainable consumption for the future of next generations. Students will need to create a realistic scenario of sustainable life to start a new civilization. The aim of the project is to understand, acquire and promote the concept of rational consumption of natural resources for a sustainable development, at least at European level, through the exchange of best practices.
