how people evaluate the food they eat. Nevertheless, if restaurants provide delivery, there is nothing but the food that matters. People who order the food will only give comments on how the food taste. Thus, if the restaurant wants a good review and fame, it must keep its food on a satisfied quality.
With my theory in my mind, I tried Golden Buddha. I called, and a girl who could speak both Chinese and English picked up the phone. She was friendly and very professional. After the joyful placement I just had, I waited my food with hope. I ordered the eggplant with beef and Kung-Pao chicken. They are authentic Chinese dishes, which are also very famous and popular in the US. My expectation was very high. What I want is old, Chinese fashion tastes with Americanized characters in them. I thought it was very hard to accomplish because most Americanized Chinese restaurants in the US had already lost their Chinese flavors and dived into the world of purely American food with sprinkles of Chinese elements. That type of Chinese food is definitely not what I want. Other Chinese restaurants, especially those in China towns, never consider about changing. Their target customers are Chinese people who live around China towns and visitors from China. Their goal is to serve Chinese people, but not Americans. I don’t want to try this type of Chinese food either because they are not mainstream Chinese food here at the US. What I want is the fusion of Chinese food and American food. Want I expect is the interaction between them. When I sniffed the scent, tasted the flavor, and chewed the meat, which was cooked perfectly, I knew that I finally found my favorite Chinese delivery restaurant in Atlanta. The food was the fabulous and just so delicious that I could not stop eating. Every dish it provided reminds me the food of my hometown. Furthermore, their distinguishable Americanized Chinese food offered me a completely new food experience that I appreciated a lot. Indeed, quickly I fell in love with this place and I decided that I would order from this place regularly.
