DARK CHERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL TIME: 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of frozen cherries, pitted 1 banana ¾ cup coconut water
Topping: whole cherries coconut flakes sliced almonds raw cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS
Add the frozen cherries, banana and coconut water into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls and evenly divide the toppings between the two servings
tip:
Start with less liquid than you normally would for a drinkable smoothie to get that thick and frosty smoothie bowl you’ ll love.
