SMOOTHIE BOWL
TIME: 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of frozen cherries, pitted
1 banana
¾ cup coconut water
Topping:
whole cherries
coconut flakes
sliced almonds
raw cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS
Add the frozen cherries, banana and
coconut water into a high powered
blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture into two
bowls and evenly divide the toppings
between the two servings
tip:
Start with less liquid than
you normally would for a
drinkable smoothie to get that
thick and frosty smoothie
bowl you’ll love.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1 large banana, frozen
4 strawberries, frozen
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 dates (or sweetener of choice)
1 cup spinach
1 kiwi
1 tbsp almond butter
¼ cup almond milk
1 tsp Matcha powder
Place all ingredients for the smoothie
bowl in a blender and blend until smooth.
Toppings:
strawberries
bananas
cacao nibs
chia seeds
shredded coconut
Top with toppings of your choice.
