When thinking about
where to travel next,
most people like to
consider first-hand recommendations from
family and friends as a good place to start.
Then, maybe a destination with an activity
that is particularly interesting to them. Finally,
especially this year, people are extremely
conscious of the health and safety of a region.
Here are our top travel destinations for 2021.
MOST RECOMMENDED: EGYPT Pyramids,
statues, and folklore; Egypt has something for
everyone! Considered the most tourist friendly
country in the Middle East and Africa, Eygpt
offers amazing food and great weather. Take
a cruise on the Nile on either a cruise ship or
traditional felucca or stay at a resort on the
Red Sea! Egypt gets even better in 2021 with
the opening of the amazing Grand Egyptian
Museum! The site is bigger than Vatican City
and some of the pieces will be displayed for the
first time ever. You won’t want to miss it!
UP AND COMING: SLOVENIA Ranked as the
eight safest country in the world, Slovenia is
known for its sustainable tourism and was even
named the most sustainable country in the
world by National Geographic in 2018! Take in
picturesque scenery with beautiful mountains
and valleys, visit World War Two historic sites,
enjoy world class wine tasting and more!
Slovenia still hasn’t become extremely touristy
and makes a great destination on its own or
combined with other countries in Europe, such
as Croatia or Bosnia and Herzegovina.
HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL: CAMBODIA
The Kingdom of Cambodia has an interesting
history with ancient temples and religious
traditions. Take in the rich culture and heritage
with stunning archaeological sites, relax on
remote islands with unspoiled beaches, take
advantage of numerous shopping options with
many markets to visit including world famous
night markets or enjoy Cambodia’s diverse
landscapes with a river cruise on the Mekong
River. Cambodia has one of the friendliest
cultures in the world and an exciting nightlife
with beer gardens and karaoke bars. Traveling
in Southeast Asia is cost friendly with low costs
for food and accommodation, and Cambodia
makes a wonderful destination when combined
with places such as Vietnam and Laos.
We know that with the current restrictions,
many people have been dreaming and
researching for their next travel destination.
