FB: How many races a year is Team NoBull involved in?

Richard: We've thrown close to a dozen Team NoBull races since we started the team. We've co-thrown about 5 and sponsored about 15. We are always looking to help with races. When we show up at a race we show up with food, drinks, prizes and of course our riders. All of our riders are there to not only race but also to help out. We always wear our shirts when we race. It’s cool how many people will come up to us and ask us questions about the race even if it’s not one of ours. People know that if you are wearing a Team NoBull shirt you are there to help.

Greg: When it comes to our races we are all about the details, we are known for our race fliers, our shirts, our event pages, all the stuff that goes into promoting a race. We are so lucky to have Jay Cronin as a part of the team, he designs all of our fliers and race shirts. We are starting to see that we can use our large number of social network followers to promote races and help them with sponsorship support. Racing is a focus of the team and most of our team either races regularly or throws races themselves. We directly throw about 2-4 of our NoBull NoClass NoCrying NoRules garage races a year in Houston and we are actively involved with about half a dozen non-garage races a year. But we are looking to do more.

FB: Do more outside of Texas as far as races?

Greg: We got heavily involved this past year with the Davis City Downhill in Oklahoma and it was a huge success. Such an amazing race and next year is going to be even bigger. Seth Gouker and Thank You Events killed it! The thing we are most proud of is bringing various scenes together. We have added Kyle Ramsey to the team from Oklahoma and we are looking to add more guys from outside of Texas. The whole NoCoast crew and guys like Kyle Ramsey have been awesome. Kyle is fantastic and I wouldn’t have met him if it weren’t for Team NoBull. Kyle and I have been talking about throwing some races and roadtrips together with the Oklahoma guys. That’s what’s so great about the team, bringing great people together to do great things.

Richard: There was in the past some vicious rivalries between say Houston & Dallas or Texas and Oklahoma, but we’ve all started to come together. Longboarding is growing so quickly. There are so many mountain roads, garages and hills out there that we all have to explore and share and skate! The scene down here has started to come together and we think Team NoBull has played a small part in that.. We have been talking about throwing some rad events with other groups throughout the United States. We are really trying to help expand the race scene. We want to help with better races, bigger races, more races and most importantly with cash prizes.
