ICON-Health leading nutrition-focused research to create healthier lives and communities

Two College of Medicine researchers are leading a multidisciplinary, university-wide effort to help position Florida State University as a national leader in nutrition research.
Professor Regan Bailey, Ph. D., and Professor Patrick Stover, Ph. D., joined the faculty last year, collaborating on nutrition research from different perspectives. Stover is a biomedical scientist who studies biochemical, genetic and epigenetic mechanisms that affect the relationships between nutrition and health. Bailey is a nutritional epidemiologist and registered dietician who focuses on promoting health through food throughout the lifespan.
