Jonathan Hester, M. D., is the associate program director for the psychiatry residency program at the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He also treats patients with intellectual developmental disorders at an outpatient telehealth clinic in partnership with Ohio’ s Department of Developmental Disabilities.

John Kanter, M. D., is an assistant professor of neurological surgery and critical care at the University of Pittsburgh( Pa.) School of Medicine. A fellowship-trained neurosurgeon, his practice is focused on traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and neurorehabilitation.
