Claims Management

Insurance policies are tested by claims , and their performance are measured by how well claims are resolved and at what cost . Through established procedures on the management and oversight of claims , we strive to seek optimum results . We begin the process by assigning a dedicated Claims Advocate to our client ’ s account whose primary role is to provide technical expertise in seeking expedited claim resolution . Our Claims Advocacy staff ensures that our client ’ s claims are handled properly , promptly and efficiently .

Our Claims Advocacy Group performs the following on each individual claim :

• Triages incidents to determine liability and need for reporting to carrier

• Negotiate settlements with injured parties on minor claims ( with authorization )

• Reports the claim on our client ’ s behalf to the carrier

• Verifies the carrier correctly interprets coverage

• Ensure the carrier conducts a timely claim investigation

• Visit locations post incident along with claim adjuster

• Assign designated claim adjuster to property policy

• Evaluates the adequacy of financial reserves in efforts to lower loss experience

• Advocates for our client ’ s position to the carrier on all matters

• Collaborates with you and the carrier to strategize on how to bring claims to timely resolution
