MEET JAVID HEPBURN PRODUCTION MANAGER & EVENT COORDINATOR, MENTOR, WEDDING PLANNER & A REAL WOMAN OF SUBSTANCE An innovative company originated & headquartered in Miami, Florida. Since its inception Fabulous Girls Rock’s mission has been to foster communication and collaboration amongst women. I T is, therefore, shifting the collective feminine culture, and creating memorable out of the box experiences for women across the globe. Javid has served at the helm of this organization since 2011, providing strategic direction and creative leadership. To date, Fabulous Girls Rock! has presented to the South Florida community a host of prolific women’s events; engaging educational workshops; enlightening mentorship programs and impactful philanthropic initiatives. Javid attributes her success with Fabulous Girls Rock! to experience gained throughout her professional career in the Hospitality industry, especially as it relates to Hotel and Event Management. As a native of South Florida, she was introduced to travel and tourism at an AUG-SEP R.indd 4 early age. This knowledge, combined with a passionate commitment, led to her to later matriculation from the esteemed Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. From that humble beginning, Javid has risen through the ranks to her current position as Catering and Events Manager for the Historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. In this position, Javid directs the execution of weddings, galas, conferences, corporate events and tradeshows. In her spare time, Javid enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling to scenic locales, and continuing to pursue her own personal and professional development while making a FABULOUS impact in the lives of others.
