The festival highlighted the Music, Arts & Food
of the Caribbean culture. Over 9 countries were
represented at the event and attendees, as well
as vendors were encouraged to represent their
islands by bringing their flags to display at the
festival.
Along with Madame Gougousse who supplied
the Haitian and Caribbean food products in
the Miami area, there were more than a dozen
sponsors at this year’s festival.
Amongst the many sponsors, were WSRF which
is a Haitian American Radio Station, Trinity
Wellness Center and Maggi.
Caribbean foods were made available providing
a variety of recipes and menus properly
representing the home countries
of many of the attendees.
Other vendors were at the festival selling
art, jewelry and other items representing
various islands.
The Creole Culture Fest will ultimately become
the place for Creole natives nationally and
internationally will come with family and friends
to experience the rich culture through music, food,
rare delicacies and entertainment for all ages.
Special Thanks to the City of Miramar & Mayor
Wayne Messam, our Performers, Sponsors,
Vendors & Media Partners for helping to bring
our vision to life.
Great thanks to everyone who came out
and had a great time. We don’t take any
of your support lightly and appreciate you
immensely. We could not have done any of
this without you all.
We hope to see you all next year and
encourage you to stay connected for future
event dates. Our Aim is to be bigger & much
better every year until we become the BEST!
