1 Where did you grow up?
I grew up in a small town in the Eastern Cape, called Loerie.
2Who inspires you and why? My mom, because of her dedication, hard work, loyalty, and dependability.
3 What do you enjoy most about your job?
Definitely learning something new every day. Also, the opportunity to share my knowledge

with people who are not fortunate enough to know better is very rewarding.
4 What is the hardest part of your job?
Having to accept that some customers are unable, or not yet ready to recognise the power they have to make changes in their own lives to improve their health. Like simply adding some form of exercise to their day.
5 Why did you choose a career in the pharmacy industry?
Although I only really knew the names of Borstol, Panado, and the odd antibiotic growing up, I was

instilled a fascination in the health industry. I’ ve always been keen to learn about new developments in the pharmacy industry.
6 How long is your commute to work?
My commute to work is about 25 minutes.
7What do you do to relax? I find relaxation in the utter exhaustion that follows a trail run through a valley, farm, or the bush.
8 What is your dream( where would you like to be in say 5 or 10 years time)?
Hopefully to have lived

my soul. I would love to take my career to the next level should the opportunity to be a pharmacy technician arise. Being part of the health and fitness industry as a qualified fitness instructor would be my ultimate dream.
9 What advice do you have for front shop and pharmacist assistants?
Be kind, listen carefully, and always have a positive mind-set.
