club would be the dream in the future

What is your coaching philosophy and how did you create it

My coaching philosophy is build an environment fit for learning where players want to be there not have to be, then ensure that everything is player centered. On the pitch I set my teams up to be able to defend and stop goals, work hard as individuals and as a team. From That base we can then attack, I feel if you ask any kid any age to score a goal they can creatively do so own their own, not always the same for defending...

What advice would you give to coaches starting on their journey?

Plan, prepare, evaluate, reflect.... start again.... explore and try things but always evaluate and reflect...

PLAN, PREPARE,

EVALUATE, REFLECT

START AGAIN....

Which coach/manager inspires you

I look up to managers who create an environment where players want to play for the manager/coach want to go the extra mile for them... such as Jurgan Klopp at Liverpool Mauricio potachino at spurs... you can see the positive relationship they have with their players
