PORTUGAL

Players up to under 11's will train 3 times a week with 1,5 hour each.

4,5 hours a week times by 4 gives them 18 hours a month. Times that by 12 and they will accumulate 216 hours a year.

Under 11's to under 17's will train 4 times a week with 1,5 each.

6 hours a week times by 4 gives them 24 hours a month. Times that by 12 and they will accumulate 288 hours a year.

Under 17's up will train 6 times a week with 1,5 each.9 hours a week times by 4 gives them 36 hours a month. Times that by 12 and they will accumulate 432 hours a year.

With a season lasting from August to the beginning of July and 15 days for Christmas. Over a 8 year period the player would only have had 1 full year off of training.
