HOT
INGREDIENTS
-4 cups water
-4 chai tea bags
-1/2 cup cane sugar
-1/2 cup vegan buttery spread
-1 cup bourbon
-Stevia to taste
-4 cinnamon sticks
DIRECTIONS
-Bring water to a boil in saucepan
-Add tea, sugar and butter, and reduce to
low-medium heat
-Stir gently for about 5 minutes
-Remove from heat and add bourbon
-Sweeten to taste and serve into four mugs,
garnished with cinnamon sticks
COLD
INGREDIENTS
-3/4 cups of spiced rum
-1 cup dry hard cider
-1/4 cup lemon juice
-4 packets stevia
(or ¼ tsp. liquid stevia)
-1 cup sparkling water
-4 cinnamon sticks
DIRECTIONS
-Combine rum, cider, lemon juice
and stevia in pitcher
-Stir (don’t shake) until well
combined
-Separate into 4 glasses and top each
with ¼ cup sparkling water
Stir and garnish with cinnamon sticks
