In this network called 5G I look to install a integrated wireless and satcom that supports education, health and SOHO based capitalism in Africa and the African Diaspora [and their host countries - 400M people] using USPTO # 5,577,042 in a patent pool. This pool will be use din creating a secure C7ISR network that will support FAUprime.net as a CLEC based connectivity provider.. The African Diaspora refers to the communities throughout the world that are descended from the historic movement of peoples from Africa, predominantly to the Americas, Europe and the Middle East, among other areas around the globe. In 2012 this became the 6th region of the African Union. My name is Hershel Daniels, Junior. I am Chairman and Co-founder of Friends of the African Union [FAU]. I am creating the FAU Global Total Knowledge Management [TKM] Systems as content management solutions that specializes in multimedia content. Our first 2014 major historical is the start of a 7 year project. It is the telling the story of African Americans and our history [1519 2012] which is a important part of the African Diaspora with our technology as a African Scientific Institute Fellow. The FAU Global Broadband Plan will by May 25th 2014 lay out a bold roadmap to America's future with Africa and selected allies in Asia and the Americas. These initiatives will stimulate economic growth, spur job creation, and boost our capabilities in education, healthcare, homeland security and more. It is a plan built on the USA's National Broadband Plan, my experience with OneCommunity and OHIP. OHIP is the new Ohio Health Information Partnership. Among my main current focuses in on the health care and nutrition Knowledge Management. Knowledge Management [KM] has made a significant impact on the global healthcare sector. However, it is important to address the link between total global health care knowledge, current information and engineering. Knowledge Engineering (KE) is often only a small part of a KM-based project, yet some KM practitioners favour wholly KE-biased Knowledge Management projects, disregarding a more necessary holistic stance. We will not but will institute a qualification process based on International Standards.
