Career-focused and community-driven
Each new college is designed to deliver career-focused education that reflects the needs of both students and employers. Within every college, students will have access to defined program plans, coordinated faculty guidance, and seamless transfer opportunities – elements that support NWTC’ s long-term strategy for student success.
This new structure also positions NWTC to respond more effectively to regional workforce demands. By bringing related programs and departments together, the College can better align academic offerings with industry trends and expand access to high-wage, high-demand careers.
Built for the future
The restructuring represents more than an organizational change— it’ s an investment in the future of Northeast Wisconsin. The updated academic model enhances the student experience by providing clearer paths from career exploration to completion, while also strengthening partnerships with employers across the region.
