New leaders bring wealth of experience and expertise to key roles

NWTC President Kristen Raney recently welcomed new additions to her cabinet and announced leadership updates . “ This is an exciting chapter for our college , and we are thrilled to welcome these exceptional leaders as we set the path for a thriving future ,” said Dr . Raney .
Adam Pfost , vice president of Finance and Administration , and Dr . Laura King , vice president of Strategy and Innovation , joined the President ’ s Cabinet in August and October , respectively . Meridith Jaeger , who had served as vice president of College Advancement , will stay on the President ’ s Cabinet as executive director of the Foundation and Grants , serving as the College ’ s chief advancement officer , guiding Foundation board and staff in fundraising , donor relations , and alumni engagement .
In a strategic move designed to further strengthen student success and communication , Dr . Raney appointed three NWTC leaders to the Extended Cabinet : Scott Anderson , associate vice president of Academic Affairs ; John Grant , associate vice president of Student Affairs ; and Erica Plaza , director of Marketing , Communications , and Legislative Advocacy .
