Bellin Health named 2023 Soar Higher Partner
NWTC ’ s Soar Higher Partner award is an annual recognition honoring an industry partner championing technical education , giving back to the community , and advancing the College ’ s mission . Bellin Health has been that and more .
“ Bellin Health is a partner in every aspect of education ,” said Vice President of College Advancement Meridith Jaeger . “ They hire our graduates , partner to develop continuing education for their workforce , and generously support students through financial and in-kind donations .”
PROVIDING LEARNING EXPERIENCES AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Bellin Health provides clinical locations for a dozen NWTC programs , giving students critical experiences to prepare for healthcare and human safety careers . In addition , Bellin regularly holds on-campus career fairs , classroom presentations , and more . The organization is committed to training the next generation of healthcare professionals and providing excellent care for our community .
Bellin regularly hires NWTC graduates . Currently , the organization has 1,885 NWTC students or graduates

In addition to providing training and careers for NWTC students , Bellin staffs Campus Care , an on-site health clinic providing healthcare for students and staff at the Green Bay campus . This service helps students receive needed healthcare while attending college .
SUPPORTING SCHOLARSHIP AND ACHIEVEMENT
The organization has a scholarship named in honor of Mark Reinke , MD , to support health sciences students pursuing higher education and filling workforce needs . They also sponsor various campus events including healthcare summer camps , the Brown County Golf Classic , and student activities . In total , Bellin Health has donated over $ 225,000 to support student scholarships at NWTC . Bellin also donates used medical equipment to the College for student training in programs like Biomedical Electronics Technology .
