Additionally , our instructors deliver non-technical training like essential employability skills , personal performance , and leadership training . NWTC ’ s customizable training offerings make it convenient for organizations to offer the training at their own location or at the NWTC facility .
The College approved the addition of another welding shop at the NCMMTC ®.
New shop will include : 10 weld booths with lighting exhaust modifications new tools additional storage

Fincantieri Marinette Marine has received two awards for outstanding employer support of education .
NWTC awarded the 2020 Soar Higher Partner Award ( formerly the Employer of the Year Award ) to Marinette Marine for their partnership and demonstrated commitment to NWTC .
The Wisconsin Technical College District Boards Association awarded Marinette Marine the 2020 Tech Ed Champion Award . The award recognizes key community and industry leaders who demonstrate an exemplary level of partnership with Wisconsin Technical Colleges to promote technical education and economic development .
Marinette Marine ’ s involvement with NWTC has shaped the College ’ s programs , K12 education , and the workforce pipeline in Northeast Wisconsin through their promotion of NWTC and long-standing partnership with the college . Marinette Marine was critical in the development of a Maritime Center of Excellence and of the North Coast Marine and Manufacturing Training Center .
