Calling all Liverpool medical students ! If you have any interest in the performing arts , be it singing , dancing , acting , backstage or playing in the band , Artefacts is the place for you ! We welcome all who want to participate regardless of your level of experience . Our main goal is to have a fun time entertaining ourselves and our audiences and to flex a few of our creative muscles along the way .

Welcome to Artefacts ! We are Liverpool Medical School ’ s very own Performing Arts Society . Established in 1962 , our society is a fun and social way to meet medics from all year groups and this time , it ’ s in a different type of theatre … Whether it ’ s drama , dance , choir , band or production you are interested in , we are looking for enthusiastic people to join our family and help us prepare for the annual Variety Show , Carol Concert and the highly-anticipated musical . Thanks to COVID , we ’ ve missed out performing on stage for two years . As you would imagine , we are therefore determined to make next year better than EVER ! We welcome everyone to join our family , whether you are a seasoned pro or just want to try something new at medical school ! With numerous socials throughout the year , you won ’ t regret swapping your sterile gloves for jazz hands and adding another highlight to your university experience .
