Elder Michael Dotson , is a native of Cleveland , Ohio . Has been serving in music ministry for over 40 years . He has travelled nationally and internationally as far as Sweden and London spreading the message of God ’ s love through preaching , singing , and conducting music workshops . As a composer , Elder Dotson has written and arranged songs such as We Give You All the Praise , God is the Greatest Power , You are God , and All is well just to mention a few . He is the national director and music coordinator for The Alumni Chorale of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses , Inc . He also presently serves as an associate pastor and Minister of music and fine arts at the First Calvary Baptist Church , Pastor Fredrick A . Davis in Durham Elder Michael has traveled and shared the stage with Bishop J . Delano Ellis , Bishop T . D . Jakes , Vanessa Bell Armstrong , LaShun Pace Rhodes , Clark Sisters , Bishop Hezekiah Walker , VaShawn Mitchell , to name a few . He loved being mentored by Richard James Smith , Pastor C . Ronald Sin- Clair Williams and the late Minister Thomas Whitfield . He pastored a Saturday night church in Cleveland , Ohio for 8 years along with his wife , the late Elder Ronli Dotson . He is the father of Kara Janel and Michael Anthony Dotson II . He is also the proud grandfather of Khloe Milani and Kori Milan . Michael believes that he has a mandate on his life to spread the love of Jesus to break down the walls of the enemy .
