Elder Michael Dotson, is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. Has been serving in music ministry for over 40 years. He has travelled nationally and internationally as far as Sweden and London spreading the message of God’ s love through preaching, singing, and conducting music workshops. As a composer, Elder Dotson has written and arranged songs such as We Give You All the Praise, God is the Greatest Power, You are God, and All is well just to mention a few. He is the national director and music coordinator for The Alumni Chorale of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses, Inc. He also presently serves as an associate pastor and Minister of music and fine arts at the First Calvary Baptist Church, Pastor Fredrick A. Davis in Durham Elder Michael has traveled and shared the stage with Bishop J. Delano Ellis, Bishop T. D. Jakes, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, LaShun Pace Rhodes, Clark Sisters, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, VaShawn Mitchell, to name a few. He loved being mentored by Richard James Smith, Pastor C. Ronald Sin- Clair Williams and the late Minister Thomas Whitfield. He pastored a Saturday night church in Cleveland, Ohio for 8 years along with his wife, the late Elder Ronli Dotson. He is the father of Kara Janel and Michael Anthony Dotson II. He is also the proud grandfather of Khloe Milani and Kori Milan. Michael believes that he has a mandate on his life to spread the love of Jesus to break down the walls of the enemy.
