…the future:
I’m not sure where the sport will be,
but in a few years’ time I’d love to
get into either rally or road racing.
It’s a lot less stressful on the body
and it’s so much fun.
…Flairs vs Double Flips:
Double Flips are so much scarier.
You can do a small Flair and bail
safely, but with a Double you’re
either bailing at height or you’re
under-rotating. The commitment
level is so much higher.
…hanging with the Pagès
brothers:
Tom and Charles are crack-ups and
a lot of fun. Tom and I seem to get
along really well. We joke around
and I wreck his rally car and things
like that. He’s teaching me some
French, although the words he’s
teaching me aren’t the best ones!
…skydiving:
I’m doing a skydiving course at the
moment. It’s a hell of a rush and I’ve
always loved heights and falling. I’ve
always wanted to do a solo course
and I took the opportunity during
this summer break.
…social media:
I find it weird how people always feel
like they have to tell everyone else
what they’re doing. Social media is
a part of my job, even though I don’t
really like it. I try to keep people
updated and post cool stuff without
wasting their time.
…girlfriends:
Now that I’m travelling so much,
I’m never in one place long enough
to try to get to know someone.
I’d love a girlfriend, but only when
the amount of travel starts to wind
down and I can invest time into the
relationship.
…flying:
Sucks! I was over it after my second
