On The Couch... Moto 6 and the much-anticipated MX vs ATV Supercross We all need to take some down-time now and again. Here we look at the best ways to stay entertained when trapped indoors with our guide to the latest videos, books, games and more. Movie Review: Moto makes an epic return... What: Moto 6 Who: Taylor Congdon Format: Streaming / DVD / Blu-ray Availability: Out Now The Moto series is back, and let me just start by saying Moto 6 ROCKS! The film opens with an absolutely banging section featuring Canadian Monster Energy rider Kris Foster. Shot in the epic backcountry of British Columbia, a gnarly location rarely showcased in motocross films, Foster pushes freeriding to new levels yet again. Riding some of the sickest lines imaginable, Foster and Steve Haugelstein find some mind-blowing spots, drop some insane cliffs and throw some of the craziest tricks ever seen in a freeride section. The Aussies have a super sick section filmed at Jackson Strong’s compound 26 | FreestyleXtreme.com in Lockhart, NSW. Rob Adelberg, Josh Cachia, Jacko and the boys throw down a crazy, adrenaline-fuelled session at Strong’s insane FMX park. Seeing Cachia working his way to a Backflip at the end of it was awesome! It was also great to see three really cool enduro sections with Jonny Walker from England, Homero Diaz from Mexico and Kailub Russell from America. Even if you’re not really into enduro, all these sections really make you want to go out trail-riding! View the trailer Other standout sections for us were from Ricky Carmichael’s MX facility in Florida, Luke Renzland and Aaron Plessinger at Dreamland and of course Josh Hansen’s section. Hansen killed it throughout his part, tearing up the supercross track and throwing some of the biggest Whips and Turn-ups ever witnessed at both Fitzland and the No Namer’s Canyon. As expected the film was produced to the incredibly high standard we have come to expect from the guys at Moto. The soundtrack was cool and the camera work was outstanding. Moto 6 finds just the right mix of racing, freeriding, FMX and enduro to allow it to appeal to everyone with an interest in dirt bikes. If you haven’t seen this film yet, I strongly recommend you check it out. Whatever kind of dirt biking you’re into, Moto 6 will make you want to go and do it! T
